Quick Start: Using a food warming mat is simple—just plug in, place dishes on the heating area, press power, and adjust temperature. Read below for complete details on all features.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1

Clean and Prepare

Before using your warming mat for food, clean the heating surface and ensure there is no water, rice grains, or other debris on the heating surface or bottom of your dishes. A clean surface ensures optimal heat transfer and prevents damage.

2

Position Your Dishes

Place your heating utensils or serving dishes in the product heating area. Make sure dishes are heat-safe and positioned evenly on the warming mat surface for consistent warmth across all food items.

3

Connect Power

Ensure the plug is properly connected to a power outlet. The warming mat will enter standby mode with the power indicator light staying lit.

Important: Connect the control panel to the silicone heating pad before plugging into the electrical outlet to prevent short circuits.

4

Power On

Press the power button to turn on the device. The power button light turns blue, the buzzer beeps once, and the temperature display shows 77°F (default starting temperature). The warming mat for food enters heating mode and begins warming.

5

Adjust Temperature

Press the temperature control button, then rotate the knob to set your desired heat level:

  • Rotate clockwise: Increases temperature (77°F to 212°F)
  • Rotate counterclockwise: Decreases temperature
  • Adjustable range: 77°F to 212°F (each notch = 1°F)

After 3 seconds of inactivity, the °F icon stops flashing and heating begins at your selected temperature.

6

Press the timer button, then rotate the knob to adjust timing:

  • Timer range: 0 to 360 minutes (6 hours)
  • Adjustment: Each knob notch = 5 minutes
  • Default: 000 minutes (continuous heating until manually turned off)

When the timer expires, the buzzer beeps and the device enters standby mode automatically.

7

For households with children, activate the child safety lock to prevent accidental changes:

  • To activate: Press and hold the lock button for 1.5 seconds
  • To deactivate: Press and hold for 1.5 seconds again

When locked, only the power button works. All other controls are disabled for safety.
