Is the TTAPIR mat for warming or cooking?
The mat is designed to keep cooked food at serving temperature. It is not intended for cooking raw food.
What temperature range does it support?
The temperature range is 77°F to 212°F with 1°F precision adjustments.
How does the timer work?
Set a timer from 5 minutes up to 6 hours in 5-minute increments. The mat also includes a 6-hour auto shut-off.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. Detach the controller and place the silicone mat in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
What cookware is compatible?
Use heat-resistant cookware such as stainless steel, enamelware, frying pans, ceramics, and foil pans.
How do I store the mat?
Let it cool fully, then roll it up for compact storage. Keep the controller detached and dry.
Does it include a child lock?
Yes. The mat includes a child lock feature to help prevent accidental operation.
What should I do if the mat won't heat?
Check that the controller is fully connected, then press the power button to exit standby. If needed, see the troubleshooting guide.
